1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging.
- The tire must be free from damage, dirt, or signs of wear.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Custom or special-order products may not be returnable (please check before ordering).
If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

- We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Prepare the Item for Return
- Securely package the tires in their original condition.
- Clearly label the package with the return authorization details provided by our team.
- Ship the Product
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Inspection & Approval
- Once received, we will inspect the returned item within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective tire).
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order.
